On July 7, 2015 Yorktown Heights Engine Company President Robert Fischer presented Past Chief Orneck with his 50 year plaque and badge. Past Chief Orneck joined the Engine Company in 1965, working his way up to the rank of Chief in 1987. After finishing his two year term as Chief, Arthur stayed very active as a NYS Instructor, Training many new volunteer firefighters. Chief Orneck always put the best interest of the Engine Company first and continues today. Congratulations Chief Orneck on 50 years of service to the Yorktown Heights Engine Company and the Community.
