Yorktown Heights Engine Company mourns the loss of Life Members Harry Karagozian

It is with profound sadness the Yorktown Fire announce the passing of Life Member Harry Karagozian.
Harry spent many of years serving the Yorktown Heights Engine Company and the Town of Yorktown. Serving on the Board of Directors for over 20 years, he helped in facilitating many of the changes the Engine Company has had over the years. Harry also held the rank of Lieutenant on the Fire Police unit.
Harry also served on the Yorktown Auxiliary Police for many years; dating back when the Police station was located in the Town Hall basement.
Harry Karagozian was an honorary member of many of the lower Hudson Valley Fire Departments along with being a Life member of the WCVFA, PNWFPA.
A Wake & Memorial Service for 53 year Member, Harry Karagozian, will be held at the Clark Funeral Home Inc. 2104 Saw Mill River Road Yorktown Heights NY, this coming Saturday, April 9,2016 from 11 am to 3 pm.
By Order of Chief Swart, Engine Co. Services for Harry will commence at 1:00 pm, [at Clark Funeral], in full dress uniform. Engine Co. members are asked to assemble at Clark's by 12:45 pm.

A collation reception will follow at Engine Co. Headquarters.
