At 1508 hrs, Yorktown Heights Fire, with Yorktown Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Empress Emergency Medical Services paramedics and the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Rt 132 and Barberry Road for the MVA involving a motorcycle.
Car 2532, 2533, Rescue-Engine 270, and Rescue 16 responded on the assignment. Units on location found a single patient from a motorcycle accident with severe trauma. Patient was transported to Westchester Medical Center's Trauma Center.
Scene was turned over to the Yorktown Police department for an accident investigation.
