At 3:18 pm Yorktown Fire was dispatched to an MVA with injuries and possible extrication on Rt.129. Crews from Eng.-270 and R-16 went to work to extricate the bus driver; while other crew members (EMT/Firefighters) evaluated the 21 students on the bus. The driver was removed and transported to the medical center by Croton EMS. All the students involved in the accident were transported to an area hospital with MVAC. Yorktown units were put back into service 5:11 pm.
