On April 3rd, 2010, Yorktown Heights Fire was dispatched with the 34-Medics and YVAC to an MVA rollover with entrapment and car fire. Engine 270 was on the road in seconds as the second part of our tones dropped and then arrived on location a short time later to find a single car on its roof with one minor entrapment and negative car fire. YHFD members removed the patient through the rear passenger window with the medic, packaged the patient for transport and transferred care to arriving YVAC units. YHFD stood by while awaiting the towing company's removal of the car and debris. All units cleared with out further incident.
